What does it cost?

How do I know you won't steal my crypto?
You have a written contract with a Colorado LLC run by a public, named person with a decade-long reputation to lose. For several wallet types we can also work trustlessly — cracking against a password hash without ever holding your funds. And unlike anonymous services, we're accountable under US law.
What are the odds my wallet is recoverable?
It depends entirely on what you still have. Partial passwords and incomplete seeds are often very recoverable; a total loss with no material usually isn't. We tell you our honest assessment — including "no" — in the free evaluation, before any contract.
My wallet was stolen, not lost. Can you help?
Sometimes — if the thief hasn't moved everything, we can rescue remaining assets (including NFTs and staked tokens) from a compromised wallet before their sweeper bot does. Stolen-and-gone funds are a law-enforcement matter, and anyone promising to "hack them back" is scamming you. More here.
Do I have to ship my hardware wallet to you?
For physical repair, yes — we provide shipment instructions — or bring it to us in Denver. For password and seed work, everything can happen over PGP-encrypted channels; the device never leaves you.
